Terms of Service

The service

tinylist is a curated directory of tools, provided free of charge and as-is, without warranty of any kind. Listings are informational: we do not endorse, sell, or support anything listed here.

Accounts

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google where that is offered. New accounts must confirm their email address before they can submit. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

Content

If you submit content, you confirm you have the right to share it, including any logo or screenshot you upload, and you grant us a licence to display it here. Submissions are reviewed automatically before publication and may be rejected; we do not guarantee that any submission will be published.

We can remove any listing, or any other content, at any time and for any reason, without notice and without explanation. A listing being live today is not a promise that it stays live. Spam, malware and illegal content are removed immediately.

Links and the badge

Some listings carry a link that search engines are free to follow, offered in exchange for showing our badge on your site. We check weekly that the badge is still there. If it goes missing we email you, and if it is still gone 72 hours later the link becomes nofollow. Your listing stays live either way, and putting the badge back restores the link on the next check.

A followable link here is provided as-is. We make no promise about any SEO outcome, about our own domain authority — which may rise or fall for reasons outside anyone’s control — or that any link stays live indefinitely. Search engines decide what a link is worth, not us.

The badge rules are one reason a listing or its link may go. They are not the only one: as above, we can remove any listing at any time, for any reason.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this site or from third-party software found through it. External links are followed at your own risk.

Changes
