What we collect

If you sign in, we store your email address, an account identifier, and whatever you submit as a listing. That is all. We do not ask for a name, a phone number or a payment method, because there is nothing to pay for. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us; if you sign in with Google we receive your email address and nothing else.

Analytics

We count page views ourselves. Each browser tab gets a random id stored in sessionStorage, which lets us show how many people are reading right now and stops one visit being counted on every page you open. It is not a cookie, it is per-tab, and it disappears when you close the tab.

What we store is that id, a timestamp, and two integers per day. No IP address, no user agent, no page path, no referrer, no profile across sites, and nothing shared with an advertiser. Ids older than an hour are deleted automatically. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Our crawler

Our badge checker (tinylistbot/1.0) fetches the URL you listed, or that host’s front page, to see whether the badge is present. We store the result, the status code and the timestamp. We do not store the page.

Sharing

We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers. Processors we rely on to run the site — hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics — see only what they need to perform that function.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing hello@tinylist.lol. Deleting your account removes your listings.
